Focus Lite and Focus Pro are both available with our full range of clocking terminals offering you a complete solution whatever your budget or requirements.

We recognise that different organisations have different requirements when looking for a new Time & Attendance system. Some companies require a simple clocking in system where clocking times can be calculated with the minimum of fuss with easy reports. Time & Attendance Product Details

Focus Pro

Focus Pro provides all of the features in Focus Lite plus many more.

Focus Pro collects clocking times every 5 – 10 seconds, effectively providing real-time data collection.

Complex shift rules can be accommodated, including flexitime and annualised hours.

Shift rules can be allocated by repeating schedules of work or by using the Rota Planning facility. The Rota is ideal for planning staff shifts to meet work demand, such as within the hotel industry, retail and other production driven situations. Shifts can be separated into Cost Centres to aid planning and reporting.

Specific bespoke bonus, payroll and shift calculations can be accommodated using coded scripts within the rules.

Various employee details can be stored, with the ability of adding number of new employee data fields.

Various detailed reports, including Working Time Directive, and graphical managerial reports can be saved in multiple formats, including pdf and Excel.

Totaled time data can be exported to many payroll packages including Sage Payroll Professional, Iris, Earnie, Quantum and Thesaurus.

Advanced absence planning and reporting screens are available, backed up with reports such as the Bradford Factor.

Clocking exceptions and unauthorised overtime can be automatically flagged for the users’ attention.

Automatic Fire Alarm Evacuation report methods are available, including a report generated by the clocking terminal directly to a dedicated printer.

Focus Pro can be licenced to multiple concurrent users. Users can be restricted to only specific tasks and groups of employees.

Optional add-ons are available such as a web based holiday request module.

Focus Pro has the power to deliver complex functionality within an elegantly simple user interface.

Focus Lite

Focus Lite is essentially the same application as Focus Pro with some of the features removed. It uses the same MSDE/SQL Server database as Focus Pro.

Focus Lite allows a user to click a button to manually download clocking times from the clocking terminals.

An unlimited number of shift rules can be created and applied to repeating schedules of work. Schedules can contain up to five shift rules for each day that can be automatically allocate between them based upon an employees’ clocking time.

Each employee has an individual timesheet to show their clocking times and total calculated times across different rates of pay. Timesheet's are fully editable with the ability to add reasons for absence.

Focus Lite has been upgraded to include totaled time data exporting to many payroll packages including Sage Payroll Professional, Iris, Earnie, Quantum and Thesaurus.

Various reports are available including payroll, weekly timesheet's, lateness and infringement reports. All reports can be saved in MS Excel format. A manually triggered Fire evacuation report is also available.

Focus Lite can easily be upgraded to Focus Pro. The same proximity or biometric clocking terminals can be used with either version.
