The Torus time and attendance system is extremely scalable and is cost efficient for use in businesses of all sizes.

Configuration of shift patterns is flexible using the Torus Software which has been developed and refined over the past ten years. Other functionality within the Torus software includes:

  • Automated Timesheet calculations based upon predefined shift rules
  • Management and control of employee holidays and absenteeism
  • Various reports including Timesheet Summaries, Absenteeism Analysis and Bradford Factor reports
  • Configurable reports for exporting into Payroll

Timelink 4000

Timelink 4000The Timelink 4000 Clocking Terminal is designed and manufactured by ourselves in the UK and has proven its reliability in many different environments from office to factory floor. The Timelink 4000 has integrated intelligence and can, if required, operate as a stand-alone unit, using a printer to produce Timesheets and other reports.

With a legacy of over 150 installations, including over 400 Timelink 4000 units in current use, the Torus Time & Attendance package has an enviable track record of functionality and dependability.

  • Up to 31 Timelinks per installation
