The BioStation 3 is the very latest in facial recognition solutions from Suprema. Designed for the post-pandemic world, BioStation 3 offers multiple contactless authentication methods, including Facial Recognition, RFID Card, QR and Barcode and Mobile Access.
The terminal is 47% smaller than Suprema’s previous bestselling facial recognition terminal, the FaceStation F2, yet is packed full of features making it an ideal solution for small businesses to large enterprises.
The BioStation 3 is both IP65 and IK06 rated and is suitable for indoor and outdoor environments. A slimline design coupled with easy installation and simple feature updates means the terminal has the flexibility to be used anywhere that access needs to be controlled.
The terminal accurately and rapidly recognises faces in high-traffic areas and, unlike previous terminals, only requires one face to be enrolled per user. Thanks to the advanced in-built AI, matching performance is maintained even when users are wearing masks, glasses, hats, beards or different hairstyles.
The BioStation 3 has been thoroughly tested and is ISO/IEC 27001 certified to maintain privacy and biometric data. The terminal has also been designed to comply with GDPR.
