Our experienced software support team are available via telephone and email, Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 UK time excluding bank holidays. Our team will assist you with queries about your time and attendance solution and can set-up bespoke shift rules on your behalf.
Where possible, we’ll use a remote session to demonstrate product features and investigate queries directly on your PC or send you step-by-step instructions via email.
Our support team are fully supported by the software developers so we can get swift resolution to error messages and implement fixes in a timely manner.
Software support is inclusive in our hosted and cloud based solutions or available as an annual contract for customers where the software is installed in their own IT infrastructure.
