We’re flexible too and if you have the expertise in-house then we can advise your IT department or electrical engineers on the best way to install the system themselves.
Working in conjunction with our professional locksmith partners we can provide professional locksmith services to install access control solutions integrated into your Time and Attendance system. We will source the appropriate locks and door hardware based upon a site survey or images you provide.
Every organisation’s Time and Attendance requirements are different, that it why the Focus Time and Attendance software packages provide such a flexible solution. We want to make sure that the software meets your specific needs and so we will work alongside you to configure the software according to your requirements and help you tweek those rules while the system is bedding in.
We can offer a range of training packages from remote log-on / telephone training sessions for individual users, one-to-one sessions at the users desk and training of small groups in a meeting room setting. Training is tailored to the organisation’s and individual job role’s requirements so please advise us of this when booking.
Knowing that customer requirements change over time – new shifts, staff changes, IT upgrades etc. – we offer annual software support packages to give you advice and assistance from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
We can offer software configuration advice, refresher training, software moves to a new server and problem resolution. We can offer advice over the telephone, via e-mail and via remote PC log-on.
Knowing that you can get your clocking terminal fixed quickly when there’s a problem is a priority for many organisations that’s why we can offer annual hardware support contracts. Depending on your location we can offer on-site repair or a terminal swap-out service.
